We can certainly represent you as your Buyer’s Agent in the purchase of any home advertised and most FSBO’s. If you are inquiring about one of our listings, we will disclose that to you.
I’m a Veteran and need to use my VA benefit to buy a home zero down.
Answer: Maybe, While the VA benefit is often a great way to buy a home, you should work with a lender that will run the numbers for multiple programs. There are still many low or zero down programs available to veterans and non-veterans alike. Depending on the home you want to buy and your personal circumstances there may be better options available.
